Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DocuAI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. If you use DocuAI on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and iKHENZ IT SOLUTION ("Company", "we", "us").

2. Description of Service

DocuAI is a web-based business document management platform that allows users to:

3. Accounts & Organizations

3.1 Registration

You must register for an account to use DocuAI. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.

3.2 Organization Ownership

When you register, you create an organization workspace. As the organization owner, you are responsible for all users you add to your workspace and all actions they take within it.

3.3 Account Security

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you failed to take reasonable security precautions.

3.4 One Account Per Person

Each user must have their own login credentials. Sharing login credentials between multiple people is not permitted.

4. Plans, Limits & Billing

4.1 Plan Limits

Each plan has associated limits on users, documents per month, and clients. If you reach a limit, you must upgrade your plan to continue using the affected feature.

4.2 Billing

Premium and Enterprise plans are billed as agreed at sign-up. Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion.

4.3 Plan Changes

You may upgrade at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Downgrading may restrict access to features and data created under a higher plan.

4.4 Free Plan

The Basic (free) plan is provided as-is with no guarantees of availability, uptime, or support response times.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create using DocuAI — your documents, client data, and business information. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

6.2 Our IP

The DocuAI software, design, trademarks, and brand (including the iKHENZ brand) are owned by iKHENZ IT SOLUTION. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works of our software without written permission.

If you submit feedback or suggestions about the Service, we may use this feedback without obligation to you.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOCUAI AND IKHENZ IT SOLUTION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is greater.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

You may stop using DocuAI at any time. You may request account deletion by contacting support@ikhenz.com.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, if your plan payment fails, or if we discontinue the Service. We will provide reasonable notice where practicable, except where immediate termination is necessary to protect the Service or other users.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by displaying a notice in the application at least 14 days before changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
